How do you actually fix these

I'm 15 can't really get either of these. I did diy lipolab in my cheeks though. didnt do much for me though bc i have a ton of facial fat genetically.

yes.

it's a skin laxity problem in specific areas and a fat accumulation problem in others, you need to remove fat from one area and restore volume in another, it's not caused by one thing.

I'm close to solving them completely but not 100% satisfied yet.

already restored skin laxity and volume those threads are up already.

dissolving fat on the nasojugal groove subq now but every time I inject more I look bloated for an entire week, and the results only show near the end of the second week.
