Depends on what is causing the fold.
If it's a collaped fat pad in the mid-cheek, lateral cheek, or the under-eye, then filler in this area shoud be the primary treatment.
Rarely nowadays do injectors inject directly into the nasolabial fold, as it can look unnatural to have extremely diminished smile lines. (But if you're young enough, I feel like you can get away with it tbh)
