How do I get rid of/reduce my folds? I’m 23 and just quit a job that had me outside in the sun for 8 hours a day and I think that’s what made them more prominent. Don’t want filler. I’ve read that bimax and even zygo implants can help provide the support needed, is this cope?

obv surgery or implants is going do something lol but why would u go there right away, just use retinoid, sun protection, vitamin c serum, if u really care just use tinted sunscreen/bb cream, itll hide 90% of skin imperfections

I might be getting bimax regardless so I was curious if reducing the appearance would just be an extra benefit.

Indirectly, yes if your folds are caused or worsened by structural bone deficiency or jaw position in the first place. But if they are mainly from sun damage bimax surgery wont directly do much
