One of my biggest insecurities is my stupid nasolabial folds/smile lines and I have no clue how to get rid of them.

Getting leaner might help. Retenoids can also help. They are hard to fix though.

derma stamping will probably be one of the more efficient things that arent leaning out , along with hydrating. If you start tretinoin and get the skincell turnover going, and combine that with derma stamping itll work. you might have to stop tretinoin use for the few times that you do though
