First of all Ive noticed that most people who enter middle age with high even moderate body fat develop saggy skin and deep nasolabials later in their age.

I plan to never get fat and remain around 10% bf for the whole of my life and follow my skin protocol forever (retin a, derminator, supplements, red light, peptides, tca peel once a year) and with the assistance of some anti osteoporosis supplements and peptides I hope i can prevent some melting from my bones.

Now, why in some people despite being skinny-low body fat the red circled fat pad remains puffy while for others its more thin-flat? Is it because they were fat-higher bf% earlier in their lives and they lost the weight rapidly that lead to this type of skin? I dont think theres a big bones difference between the 2. Is there any way this can be prevented and have a skin like the right guy in older age? Why does the guy in the right appear to have a very thin and sharp skin and the guy in the left is thick and saggy? Is the left higher body fat or just worse skin quality?

DHT makes the skin more leathery. But ultimately the folds are a consequence of collapsed craniofacial structure.

Didnt know that about dht ill look into it. I agree that folds are a consequence of collapsing bones but body fat and skin texture got to play their part aswell. Btw how do you prevent your bones from further melting?

You can slow down aging, its just difficult

you have to practically starve yourself everyday, its been proven

"New research has found that fasting triggers a molecule that can delay the aging of our arteries"

Exercise also slows down aging
