They're clearly different, but you can find some phenotypic overlap where certain Native American individuals could be dressed up as Japanese salarymen and pass over there unnoticed and Japanese who would pass as Native Americans.

Most of the guys you posted are distinct for their races however, especially this guy:

Yup. America and Asia were one land a long time ago (6,000 years, approx, give or take a day or two) and then SOMETHING ELSE happened. The lands split, causing huge tidal waves and massive storms. Thus the great flood. Some folks survived. Then came stranded Romans and later Vikings. They mated with the Asians, thus producing NATIVE AMERICANS.
