My view on facial feminisation, and testeronic development is very simple:

1) men being feminised only really began in guys born after 1980s, before that it was pretty rare to see such weak development, even in ricemen.

2) even now, post 1980s, I think weak testeronic development is only really noticeable in JBW and ricemen, pretty much everywhere else u go (which I admit means going east of Vienna, and hence into less developed places) I generally notice when a guy is like this, whereas in jbw and ricemen it's so common you don't notice.
