avoid training a big muscle apart of your physique while roiding? yeah to look like a tree you could avoid training your chest, wether you train less or not riding while training is useless unless you're either competing or being a influencer

You can naturally if you have moderate genetics have diet on point training on point for a decade you would build 60lb of dry muscle naturally
