A study was done on 30 HIV-positive men with weakened immune systems over a 12 week period. 30 of them were given weekly nandrolone decanoate (deca) injections, they titrated the dosages up starting from 200mg/week to a max of 600mg/week.

The study was done to see if there would be difference in muscle gain between the group who were lifting while taking the injections and the group taking injections but not lifting.

The results:
The average LEAN BODY MASS gain for the non-lifters was 3.9kg after the 12 weeks.

For the lifters, the average LEAN BODY MASS gain was 5.2kg after the 12 weeks.

Lifting while taking the steroids only produced a 25% difference. And there were people in the study who gained more just injecting than the people doing both lifting + injection.

Conclusion: Lifting is mostly cope if you are on steroids. You are gonna get muscle regardless if you lift or not, how much muscle you get from steroid mostly depends on your genetics. So lift if you like lifting, but don't kill yourself doing it. Don't lift super heavy. Don't take unnecessary risks. Don't ego lift. Steroids and genetics are doing like 95% of the work for you.

The additional muscle you gain from lifting is pitiful. If you don't like lifting, just sit at home and inject you will surpass the nattys and if your genetics good you will surpass the people lifting+injecting

Why would you waste time lifting when the muscle you gain from it in comparison to not lifting is minuscule? You could use those hours you spend lifting learning a skill or something
 
i dont think someone like me could grow on trt doses i may need to incorporate light training at the very least
 
Muscle attained only by high T is more than enough for female gaze, literally only be lean when you have healthy testosterone levels, my forearms and back are thicker and more defined than the one of my gymcel friends and i have never set foot on a gym, guess who gets complimented on forearms veins by girls when we go out

Seems best to just lift when youre on roids and then stop and retain it through test

these guys weren't relay gaining muscle tho, as the whole reason they are given t is because hiv is can cause muscle/fat wasting. so after taking test they were likely still below their original body weight+musculature

Docent mean your point is invalid especially at high doses but you are ignoring stuff.

Basically just blast a gram of test and do full body 2x a week. More test + more lifting is optimal tho especially for twink incels on here

TLDR: dont be a pussy and get in the gym. jfl at injecting a gram of test but not being willing to work out 2-4x a week to mog 95% of normies
