wouldnt do shit UNLESS ur deficient in them, also stop abusing cope doses of vitamin d3 ur gonna just cause hypercalcemia.
16 aint bad of an age to take reasonable risks for greater possible rewards but the first step always should be getting xray in left wrist and right femur or visa versa, androgenic domination in ur hormonal system would be a good step and hgh if u can afford

Well for d3 i took the 100k iu 2 weeks ago because my doctor told me to and i only have k2+d3 and not k2 alone thats why im taking it like that and thats also why im taking it every 2 days instead of every day

Also if my growth plates are closed what would that change i would still want to hit all my micros right ?

why in the hell would you do that
Since d3 is fat soluble its stored in your body and not evacuated in urine the only downside is it can be toxic if you abuse it too much (i think)

obv, the only thing is that the d3 is too much unless ur blood really shows it is low or u live somewhere like germany where the yearly sun is 1300 hours and not smth like 2500 hours, another thing is that ur young and the body u build till 25 will be more stable than a person who tries to do that at starting age of 20-21.

I ve been taking 100k iu of d3 once a year just for winter since i have a lot of sun in summer i only started taking the k2 recently and i prefer to take k2+d3 than not taking anything at all

It will,he’s very young so some can help

What’s your Reasoning for staying natural

arguable, not much proof that going surplus in vitamin/minerals u arent deficit in causes any meaningful change in predicted height, even mk677 couldve been a decent start rather than just nothing

No credit card to order online, minor, living with strict parents
Oh my bad that’s fair, yeah that sucks but the natty stack you got rn is pretty good, just make sure you get your protein and stay in a surplus because it’s better for growth at this time in your life.

Creatine and Ashwaghanda would be good too

What are ashwaghanda benefits i heard its cope
The main one is that it lowers cortisol which correlates with an increase in testosterone. A lot of people say it’s cope because there’s a lot of better things to increase testosterone but in your case it’s probably the best supplement you can get for it.

Yeah it definetly won’t make a considerable difference but things like zinc can help for skin, whey protein for muscle and magnesium can help to lower cortisol

all of these are cope for bonemass btw
it technically will
he is supplementing himself with needed vitamins and minerals like k2 (which is hard to get, only from aged cheese, still minimal)
therefore eventually leading to more bonemass (even though slightly) because he is hitting his daily micronutrient goals.
