After meticulously studying dozens of bimax cases I have finally figured out what really matters for an aesthetically pleasing result. It's not projection, forward growth or anteface. Many may now assume it's a combination with implants to compensate for midface hollowness - for the average, non deformed, non syndromatic class 1 patient this is not the case either.
Now let me tell you something, I have figured this out by combining the statements of Dr Zarrinbal, Dr Brusco, Dr Triaca, Dr Andreishchev, Dr Gorban, Dr. Augustopary and Dr. Alfaro. It's really something unheard of so far in the PSL community or only a few people have written about it.
It's truly a different approach, some friends have told me it has a profoundly disrupting potential, I'm basically Jeff Bezos of Looksmaxx. I truly believe in invention and a scientific discourse that prospers thanks to thesis and antithesis. After having studied hundreds of side profile shots and x rays I finally claim to have found the holy grail, to know when a lefort 1 is useful and HOW MUCH advancement is useful. It's not just a subjective assessment of myself but it's an objective measurement that can be applied to everyone.
Many a man hath fallen to the bimax meme. Thou shall not be forgotten, may god bring justice upon thee and thy chimpmaxxed maxilla. May god sent forth thy retribution and acromegaly_chad shall bring enlightement upon thee. Fellow recessedcel, lo thy saviour is here and hath maketh a new theory about looks, thou surgery shall not fail.
But let's start from the beginning. After all, we know that history as a science is originally intended to be an attempt to reconstruct the past in order to understand the future. My early theories were a little too new wave for my tastes, but when I brought forth my Chin Wing surgery approach, I really believe I came into my own, both scientifically and aesthetically. The whole theory has a clear, crisp vocabulary and a new sheen of consumate professionalism that really gives the statements a big boost. Some have compared me to Dr Sailer, but I think I have a far more sophisticated, cynical approach.
In 2021, I released THIS thread, my most accomplished thread. My undisputed masterpiece is "Natural bimax results", a thread so catchy, most people probably don't read it, but they should, because it is not just about the pleasures of cosmetic surgery and the importance of the maxilla, it is also a personal statement about me myself.
Having told you the secret of natural bimax results is a true belssing for me. I feel humbled and honored for this experience and plan on giving even further back to the community. First and foremost, I want to thank myself, for being such a generous genius, truly one of a kind. I will use this knowledge to the biggest benefit of the world and for myself when undergoing my surgery next year.
Ok, those who have made it until hear, congrats for having read through my shitposting. It's very simple to explain what I have discovered, lefort 1 on class 1 patients, without additional implants or fatgraftings to the midface, only look natural and good when the maxilla is optimized to the soft tissue forward growth, which is mainly given by the position where philtrum and nose connect. The maxilla should be advanced so much, that the philtrum has good support, it means that the lip and philtrum are relaxed and supported by the teeth, with no gap or only a small gap (<3mm). The nasolabial angle should be no less than 85°, and the philtrum mustn't have a convex shape. I have yet to see a bimax result that doesn't fulfill these 2 rules and looks good and natural, not chimpmaxxed.
It explains for example why Gandys side profile looks good with a flat philtrum/maxilla.
