  • Have no caffeine
  • Leave windows open
  • No eye mask/covering eyes
  • Only use bed for sleep and sex
  • No screen time 10 hours before sunrise

  • No unnatural chemicals or stimulation keeping you awake
  • Sun wakes you naturally at a fairly consistent time
  • Associate bed with sleep

i tried everything and turned out i have severe sleep apnea

my heart instinctively begins racing when i get in bed because it associates going to sleep with almost literally suffocating

sleep is impossible

YEs im getting bimax i cant wait t o sleep like a normal person, i dont even know what its like anymore...

blackout curtains are so shit i keep my window fully open and when i wake up to outside sounds and sunlight feels so good

It blocks light preventing the sun naturally waking you and keeping your sleep schedule good.

cold room helps too

I sleep like shit lately because 30 °c in my room..

I want to use sleep mask because I can extend my sleep duration, slight light from the morning wakes me up and since I fall asleep late, it means I don't get enough sleep if I don't have the mask

if this is true, wtf are you doing bro. your killing yourself in your sleep. legit losing braincels because of suffocation. see a doctor asap and get a machine, and when i say asap. i mean as your reading this go to google maps, type in sleep apnea, call around and get a consultation for tmr. i don't think u understand how bad it is to have legit sleep apnea. unless your larping. go see a doctor NOW
