Natural lifting is healthy, but its progress in muscle gain is very slow after 2 years of lifting and you will not have the photoshop 3D hard dry condense muscle look like you see in steroid users. What natural lifting is good at is helping to maintain muscle mass while losing body fat, good for health as it strengthens bones and muscles, and good for mental aspect of it, realistically you only need to lift 3x/a week.
