Cause most men don’t need rhino. Big nose isn’t bad unless weirdness shaped or really wide. And yah just get a good surgeon, they’ll make it look natural

if you don't have a giga jew nose you can often get away with just filing down the dorsum and adding grafts rather than completely reshaping the nose through osteotomies which often ends up looking sort of fake

but a lot of people need osteotomies anyway
