When I talk to family and friends, I have a deep masculine voice.

When I was a teenager my voice didn’t get high pitched when stressed but I talked too fast which made me sound a bit timid and anxious.

I suggest you talk slower if you are feeling anxious.It would probably help you as well.Talking slow(or just not fast) helps your voice keep it’s natural tone
