Naturally increasing height

dads 5'8 moms 5'6 what can i do naturally to increase height and what do yall think my potential is currently 5'8 just turned 16 last month
 
1) Check if growth plates are open -> if they are closed then it's over
If they are open you gotta make sure you are doing the following
2) Proper nutrition: red meat, raw diary (shown to be good in development for height), eggs and fish (don't fall for fucking vegetables and other bullshit)
3) Proper bf% you must be in a healthy bodyfat range (14-20) to reduce the amount of estrogen in your body so your plates don't close prematurely (simplified). You obviously don't wanna starve yourself either
4) Get sun, be outside, be active

As for the methods that actually work
1) get your hands on aromataste inhibitors ASAP (to prolong the period of open growth plates)
2) spike your GH exogenously (pharma GH, peptides) or blast IGF-1 right away

at 5'8 id really stop coping and take action until it's too late
if i were you I would be blasting everything under the sun to grow even 1 inch

chances of me being one of those late bloomers cause i have my height noted down and ive grown this year alone (4 months) almost equal to the height ive grown past 2 years

Increase carbohydrate intake.
 
1. accept it and just eat clean to reach natural your genetic limit. 2. inject hgh to reach genetical limit, hgh is so misunderstood. it can´t make you grow behind your genetic limit. but almost no one reaches naturally his genetic limit
 
I mean sprinting and sauna increase gh by alot (700%) for a short amount of time so it could def be beneficial but nothing will be as good as injecting

I never said it worked wonders and that it will make a difference but if ur to much of a pussy to inject sprinting CAN be more beneficial than rotting ad doing nothing. No ur prob not going too see any real results since gh is spiked for such a short time but it CAN still be beneficial in terms of burning cals and sweating out water. Is the injecting part also cope?

i looked it up, no the hgh doesnt get used "used up", its not a fuel tank. HIIT and sauna both spike hgh, yes sometimes these activities also triggers cortisol, but its not enough to totally counter the hgh spike, not at all. When HGH is released due to stress/exercise, it doesnt mean u have less for growth later. In fact, things like training, fasting, sleep and sauna can help stimulate more natural gh over time

i dont do sprints because they dont make signifnant difference like i said earlier but that doesnt make them useless and especially not harming like you claim with your 30 year old studies ( that you looked up after making that ridiculous statement)

no natural way or pinning anything is gonna help you at 16, just accept your height and use lifts
