fucking cope if you want me to explain i canI mean sprinting and sauna increase gh by alot (700%) for a short amount of time so it could def be beneficial but nothing will be as good as injecting
I never said it worked wonders and that it will make a difference but if ur to much of a pussy to inject sprinting CAN be more beneficial than rotting ad doing nothing. No ur prob not going too see any real results since gh is spiked for such a short time but it CAN still be beneficial in terms of burning cals and sweating out water. i looked it up, no the hgh doesnt get used "used up", its not a fuel tank. HIIT and sauna both spike hgh, yes sometimes these activities also triggers cortisol, but its not enough to totally counter the hgh spike, not at all. When HGH is released due to stress/exercise, it doesnt mean u have less for growth later.
