Have you noticed better eyesight? Compared to before? (If you had myopia)

Yeah, after 30 days of looking out into nature I can finally see my own dick. Recommend this a lot

Yh I deadass noticed my eyesight got worse when I spent this summer holidays inside, 24/7 electronics instead of going outside :trepidation:

Yes, going outside more will improve your eyesight.

Idk about myopia, though. This is what one article said
"Myopia (nearsightedness) generally stabilizes and becomes permanent in the late teens or early twenties, with most cases becoming stable by age 24, though some progression can occur into the early thirties. While myopia isn't reversible, its progression can be slowed with management techniques during childhood and adolescence."

I've read cases of people actually reversing it but depends on the person I guess like every other thing in life

Just remembered Im in the UK and therefore during winter (now) there is no sun and always rain so I can't go outside
