Naturemaxing = A-tier cope

Last month I went every weekend to my grandparents’ countryside and it’s easily one of the best copes I’ve tried.


Clean air, real sunlight, walking outside, zero noise, no headphones. After a few weekends:
  • sleep fixed itself
  • less overthinking
  • stable energy
  • calmer mood

Biggest change: felt more neurotypical by default. Less mental noise, less social tension. Nervous system stopped being fried.

“Touch grass” is a meme but naturemaxing actually works. Circadian rhythm resets, appetite normalizes, you wake up without alarms.

Free, no downsides, stacks with everything. As a base cope: A-tier.

Anyone else tried naturemaxing or noticed similar effects?
