NCT in people with huge masseters

People like Jacob elrodi, brad Pitt, Hexum and a couple more I've seen around all have NCT. Is that NCT cause by the masseters somehow pulling down on the bone causing NCT?

Obviously counter examples will exist. Also is NCT caused by high paternal T?

skin and muscle , and the ligaments
bones may contribute to it if you have really bad zygos and infras it will cause the lower eyelid to drop causing some kind of NCT
