i think most people dont actually have a nct but rather droppy/rounded eyelids (Lower and or upper).

when i fully open my eye i have a slight pct but usually it looks nct

wouldnt inframalar implants that extend out up to the lor fix it

I have recessed lateral orbital rims yet I still have a slight positive tilt
