Recessed jaws and canthal tilt are death sentences on pics.

It also depends on how severe your flaws are.

You can get away with a NCT if your brow bone is well developed since it can overshadow it to a certain extent.
Also your eyebrows matter a lot too, as well as your lashes and the rest of your eye area in general.

yeah you can mask most eye area flaws alot with good eyebrows. But a severe nct will still look bad
