Nd or just retarded

I think i exhibit a decent amount of nd traits but a lot of them could just be the result of having a low iq. I cant hold a conversation with almost anyone, i feel like i make the wrong choice in every social situation and im generally kinda like a deer in headlights every time i have to do something and there are people around me. I also show some other signs of being nd but I dont believe that they are enough to justify any definitive statement on this topic. On the other hand, in terms of iq, i feel like im decently perceptive and wise, i have a respectable amount of success in academics while putting in almost no effort and i dont really have trouble figuring things out, recognising patterns or whatever. And as to why i havent taken a test on either, i dont trust the random free tests on google and i cant be bothered to talk to my parents about this. Im also just really afraid of taking an iq test and it showing that im some 85 iq imbecile. Sorry if this post sounds really retarded im tired as fuck and i havent slept. Any advice or conclusions would be greatly appreciated
