I was heavy into anime way before covid and before it was exploded in popularity and the amount of vitrol you got when ppl found out you liked it was insane, other than that most of mine are somewhat socially acceptable and not rly cared about (history, philosophy)

i barely even got into anime, i only watched some beastars, assasination classroom, and like the first stage of initial D (super into cars)

i got so much hate it was insane i can’t imagine what you had to go through
