Idk the % lol but I see in shape older dudes at sports bars, cigar bars, some are at clubs, social events, etc. The ones who look young like Amnesia def have no problem pulling younger chicks off tinder. It's just that most guys in their 30s don't have the discipline to make sure they stay in shape, keep their hair continue softmaxxing throughout their 20s. i never seen any girl complain on my age tbh, i look quite young tho. yea i have 29 on tinder. If they have a problem with my age i guess they don't swipe right on me.

I use proper skin care for my face, take a decent amount of suplements(multivitamins, omega 3, D3 etc), regular exericse and drink ton of water.

I honestly look wayyyy better and healthier than between 20-27.
