neck brace to improve the gonial angle?

After wearing the neck brace I bought for building my facepuller, I immediately noticed this device pushes the mandible upward so upper and lower teeth are strongly attatched.
Do you think it's possible that the neck brace improve the gonial angle and shorten the midface?

When people get whiplash and neck injuries doctors advise AGAINST wearing neck brace for too long because it will weaken neck muscles over time which cause more problems

I will only wear neck brace + facepuller at night.
furthermore my neck muscles cannot get weak because I do neck training
