Neck curl form cues

Do you keep your chin tucked during the whole range of motion or only at the top while stretch neck muscles out at the bottom (like bad text neck)?

Any other form cues for getting the most out of it?

I keep my chin tucked troughout. It feels less like I am headbanging and makes slower reps, especially at the hardest parts. Hope it helped
