Hi everyone, I followed Denmax's advice @Denmax he told me to do 10 neck curls, 7-8 sets each, 3kg each set, 5-10 minutes rest. Practice on a hard wooden board, legs bent, shoulders close to the edge, head and neck facing out. Problem: I can only do 4 reps comfortably (I tighten my lower abs slightly, hold dumbbells at my sides). Then I only do half of the exercise and tighten my shoulders. After finishing the exercise, I have pain in my vertebrae instead of my neck, please help, should I reduce the weight, or am I doing the exercise wrong?. Tag: @Luca_.
