Today i measured my neck it came 15.8
Tomorrow I be starting neck exercise:-

1. Chin tucks (30×5 set 30-60 seconds hold)
2. Mckenzie Chin tucks
3. Upward Chin tucking
4. Neck curls (50×4 sets with two big fat books)
5. Neck extension (50×4 sets with neck head harness with 6 kg plate)
6. Static hold
7. Traps
8. Side crunches (30×3)
9. Towel ROW (20×3)
10. Neck bridges (20×3)
11. Self tension (20×3)
12. Chin tucks with resistance band
13. Do 30 times yes then 30 times no then 30 times left & right then 30 times head rotation.

My goal is to reach 18 inch let's see what happens

Max 2 hours
Plus i do neck curls and chin tucks everyday its in my daily routine
But I do neck curls and chin tucks together instead of holding for 20 seconds i whole 10-15 while neck curls

you're not gonna stick to that, do something more realistic and js be consistent, do like 20% of that and u will get very similar gains with a way higher chance of u sticking to it

I know that look chin tucks is already in my daily routine even i do yes &no head rotation in the gym while stretching the main thing to be focused is neck curls neck extension side crunches Towel ROW and neck bridge

Most important i will train neck properly 3-4 times a week and rest days I will go slow and easy
Thats how u balance my boy
 
To much exercises do own or two low rep high weight
