I'm going to gym 3 times per week, and doing upper/lower split, up on mon & fri and low on wed. Before the gym I went to hand-to-hand combat for 4 years and every training we do necks exercise. And i wanna start doing neck curls, how regular i wanna do it & better do it at home or gym??
