neck fat ??

any suggestions to get rid of or minimize this? i've been trying to find something to help for around a year or two

calorie deficit? it's weird because i dont have a lot of face fat, it just all goes to my chin/neck area.

also i'm pretty new to org so any help is appreciated

Debloat, cut out all sodium, neck curls lying down, improve posture, chew more, you look pretty young aswell im sure you will develop more
