I laugh at the subhumans who go to the gym and waste time doing anything other than neck. It's the only thing that matters. No other body part will give you more of an alpha male appearance. I go in, do my neck curls and leave. It's enough for looksmaxing when it comes to gym.

I heard that natty neck training barely works ot something, at least when you cut the neck muscles are the first ones to atrophy

It's definitely harder to build up than arms or chest, I will do it for 6 months or so and see what happens

Alpha Destiny went from thick neck to pencil neck when he did a cut, you can find a video of it on youtube
 
Based. Big neck and traps make you look like a Pitbull. It signals that you genetics are built for war., Being that less likely to get koed

High iq thread . I dont know about only training neck but i train neck 2x a day . Very important and i train it after my normal lifts

Ive been training neck for months and saw no growth. Repping out with a 45lb plate even . Im trying to train it more slow and controlled and squeezing my neck at the top and hold for 5 secs or so . Either im not training it right or im not doing it often . So im trying to train it everyday and see what happens

I mostly agree. Neck, shoulders and back is everything you have to improve to get imposing body.
