this was the same for me but i got a better sleeping position (pillow more flat than upright) and strech my neck sometimes and its normal now

I used to get not so extreme neck pain when I would slouch and use mobile for hours during lockdown
Now,I just sleep and use it but my posture has become worse after years of incorrect posture
