Damn so I just did my neck exercise with a dumbell (I managed) and I got a neck pump:eek: It really did make me look better and more masculine. Thank you for the neckpill. I'll train my neck muscles from now on. One thing that I need to ask is .. Should I fix my posture before growing my neck muscles ? I've seen a discussion here about fixing your posture before doing them.

Just fix the posture while you‘re doing the exercises 👍

indeed neckpill is truth. a thick neck is the difference between an npc male and someone immediately worthy of respect

And if someone has a dolichocephalic skull, he should not train his neck and improve?

NeckPill is life!

Strengthening the muscles involved in your posture problem is the best way to fix your posture.
Doing stretches with light weight or no weight at all isn't going to do anything to change a problem that was built over the course of many years.

If you have nerd neck, you can fix it by doing neck curls, neck extensions and neck side raises for 4-7 times per week, that is because the neck recovers extremely quickly. Do 3-4 sets of 25 reps for each exercise and you'll have a thick neck if you add weight when you manage to reach 25 reps on all sets (or close to that).

If you have anterior pelvic tilt, the best way to fix it is to strengthen the lower back, hamstrings and glutes. The best exercise for that is the deadlift, and no you don't need a perfectly straight back to deadlift, you just need to make sure that you're not lifting the bar with your back, by using proper form.

All other posture problems can be fixed in the same way.

I am doing neck curls every day and not seeing crazy results despite being on gear and bulking. It looks proportional to the rest of my body but my goal is to get a neck as wide as my head. Maybe I need more volume or start using my neck harness instead of doing neck curls on a flat bench.
