19M | So i have a pretty severe case of gamer neck posture and a hump , i think? any ideas on how to fix this , its genuinely over if i cant fix it. ill attach a photo below dont roast me that hard

yeah but this photo is like the max level of straightness that i can do . daily i cant keep that posture or it will hurt like hell
