this was my neck before training (i am leaner in the second pic)

this is my neck rn , i have been doing it like 2-3x a week for a few months and its lifefuel how fast it grows, just do normal neck curls and side curls with small weights and u are guaranteed an ascension, this literally gave me as much smv boost as dyeing my brows did.

no, i have been cutting for most of the time while i trained neck, i am cutting rn and i am still seing some progress although not as much as in the beggining, i am about 12%bf rn

I cant imagine having thin neck for almost all your teenage years

But yeah neck can be trained easily

i didnt have a thin thin neck it just fucking evaporated when i started losing body fat rapidly, i fell for the bulking meme(dirty one) like 2yrs ago

i am really injury paranoid so i dont do any risky exercises even at the gym, i only do the standard neck curls and the side curls, heard injury is really common when doing those wrestler neck exercises

i am trying to fully softmaxx before i do a hardmaxx or two to ascend from cl to chad facially, softmaxxes kinda underrated but people are mostly lazy fucks
