Possible causations and fixes??? I’ve heard it could be my atlas C1 being misaligned, a tight fascia, muscle imbalances, and muscles being tight. It doesn’t look as bad in these photos because I try to fix it when taking selfies

lowk when I was in the gym I had a little neck tilt. Turns out I had a bigger shoulder than the other one. it compensated overtime n now both my shoulders equal. Maybe ur stronger in one side than in the other

I don’t have scoliosis you dumbass. And there is quite a lot of evidence pointing towards the fact that atlas C1 misalignment causes asymmetry.
