you might as well go to the gym or do some sort of home workout while you’re training your neck, i do it like every 3 workouts which is like 2 times a week and the gains are significant if you train hard enough

Training traps and shoulders automatically build some of your neck. Then at home do isolated neck workouts 3x a week

what are your measurements before yous started and now?

mine only increased from 38.3 to 39.5cm jfl, but the difference is night and day somehow. My face looks so much wider now it's crazy.

Havent measured as mirror speaks for itself. I got very wide face like Barrett so neck is wide as hell also
