Neck Training and Fear Of Apnea (Those Who Train Their Neck GTFIH)

Look, i have a slightly longer neck, I'm afraid of getting sleep apnea if I train neck consistently

For reference i do curls lying off the edge of my bed,

how should I approach this? should i worry about apnea?

Sleep apnea is cope tbh , ive been training neck for 1-2 years no sleep apnea ever

how would u rate your neck before you started training, did u have a naturally thick/ thin/ normal neck?

Shit androgens , low t & no real training routine . I have a seperate day of training i do only at sundays at home , i do neck , forearms and abs .

For neck i just do 4 sets of plate curls . I go heavy now (35lb) plate up and down til failure or however many i can rep out . My sides and back grew by itself , i ONLY did front neck curls . I only started to dapple into a lil bit of test so that could explain why the sides grew without any direct training.

Sleep apnea is not cope. The study was on rugby players who end up getting it. If you start having difficulty breathing or apnea, stop training.

Just be lean imo and if ur really recessed fix that shit before you neck train
