Neck training gave me sleep apnea

Since 6 months i train my neck a lot.
I started to wake up at night with shortness of breath and very fast heart rate. Sometimes i think i cant any air.
So if you are already recessed, better think twice if you want to start neck training.

Have you visited a chiropractor, he could put the neck in his good place.

i dont even train neck, but i still wake up without getting air in the night. i am that recessed.

dw, i already visited a jaw surgeon and have a cpap machine.

Did the area under your chin change? I saw some post on here claiming that you'll get a double chin by excessive neck training, especially neck curls.
 
Are u going to get bimax?
Yes i am in the planning process.
Problem is that i will also need to expand both jaws

When i stand in front of the mirror and do a swallow movement, i see that my muscles are flexing and tightening around my chin.
Never had this before neck training.
Its hard to describe, but when i flex everything tightens.
Cant tell anything about double chin, because i have a beard.

This is expected. Excessive mass on the neck causes sleep apnea, fat people have sleep apnea because they have a lot of fat on their necks.

well the looksmax.me technical description is:

this is why I won’t train neck until after jaw surgery

before/after oximeter data perhaps? interesting how many of you guys get apnea. I have shit sleep but my body doesn't let spo2 fall low. I turn all night and have high heart rate instead like @OOGABOOGA

anyway you can try exercises for apnea. they can help a lot

yes neck training fucked up my sleep bad, because of the amount of MAD SEX ive been getting since.
