Neck training, high reps of low reps?

What's ideal? I'm trying to get a thicker neck but I'm not sure how many reps I should do.

Currently I do 3x20 neck extensions and 3x20 neck raises

never ever go below 15 which isnt needed and also dangerous.

start with bodyweight and then use a weight plate heavy enough to perform 30reps

Are 20x3 wrestler bridges enough?

Med- high reps. You also need some form of progressive overload to maximize hypertrophy, assuming you're natty.

try to do 3x20 and next time you do 3x21,till 3x50

then u do 4x20 and do the same till 4x50

ive only 1 dumbbell so ive to play around with the sets and reps

dont need to increase weight go 4x20 and add 5 reps everyday until you hit 50 add minimal weight and repeat just keep it simple and consistent

If you can add 5reps per day you're not training hard enough

start with the weight you can do 4x20 without it being easy

then each session try to add 5 reps until you can do 4x40 then increase weight

If you can add 5reps per day you're not training hard enough
its not about training hard with neck just pump blood and let it grow everyday.volume and frequency is key. no need for high intensity.

it grows super quick due to high bloodflow also.

but best neck training is olympic lifting. when i was training i had really good delt trap and neck area just because of snatches and cleans.

dont really know bro sorry but going to failure with bridges are okay i think if you have enough skill and experience at the movement otherwise it would be dangerous

Have somebody else the problem when doing neck curls they have the urge to puke?
 
i use heavy weights like weights i can only do 8 reps with.

neck has grown a lot recently

It will grow when youre in a caloric surplus
