I have a decent neck
I trained my neck for a month and it exploded it makes you look a lot older when you are youngcel
Tbh it doesn’t look that aesthetics also traps blew up to my ears which makes shoulders look smaller
It looks intimidating tbh probably a jb would piss in her panties when she saw that pumped up
Just have a normal neck don’t be a pencilneckcel and you are fine
