Does anyone have a good neck training routine for a thicker neck? I have no life, I can go gym every day

Should be doable without fancy equipment save for basic gym stuff like dumbbells and plates

U can do at home up to 100 reps with full range of motion will blow up your neck

When you say "full range of motion" what do you refer to? Like tilting your head to each shoulder? And how many times a week

i did with weights first but hurt my neck cuz i wasnt careful. Then i did no weights neck exercise gradually came to 100 reps.
I do it every other day as a superset of 4. neck curls, left, right side curls and neck extensions. Im not advocating this method but i saw results from it.
I dont know exactly just make sure u comfortable with exercise. Also ur teeth should be together for better gains ideally with boxing mouth guard but u can do it without it.
U can also use your hand to apply pressure to your neck as form of progressive overload.
Do it 5-7 times a week. My neck responded to more volume try it urself what works for u.
