Neck training

how long does it take for me to see results with training my neck.


since ive never trained it before will it be faster than like arms cus it has newbie gains or will it grow like any other muscle in my body?

its a muscle, yes it has newbie gains and u see progress within 1 month

with all my gym experience since im restarting going to the gym again and will get muscle memory gains
