Neck workout makes me dizzy

Anyone feels the same? Is that normal?

You need to do deep breaths. When I started neck work I also got dizzy but it went away when I started breathing more and deeply, also I noticed when I positioned my eyes to focus on one point that also helped

You did deep breaths while doing the exercises?

So, id do 30x4 and I noticed I also got dizzy af. But I tried again with advice about breathing, and each rep I’ll make sure I breath and at around 15 reps I’d stop in the top contracted position and do a big deep breath in and out and finish last 15, it’s worked for me,
