For my neck i’m doing
3 sets or 15 reps mckenzie chin tucks
3 sets of 15 reps neck curls
3 sets of 15 reps splenius sapitis and splenius cervicis.
Is this good? only thing i’m scared of really is getting sleep apnea from overworking my neck muscles LMK

This isn't going to contribute to any hypetrophy at all. The only way you get sleep apnea from neck training is if your neck actuallly gets bigger doing 3 sets of chin tucks won't train anything except correct your neck posture slightly if thats your goal then stick with this routine but if you actually want to get a thicker neck 1 set of neck curl , reverse neck curls , left neck flexion , right neck flexion make sure to do all these exercises with actual weight (home weights work). Frequency over volume , train it 3-4 times per week. If you do it without weights its just toning the muscles while weights contribute to actual growth (hypetrophy).
