Do you know some surgeon doing this surgery in europe like turkey or elswhere for less than 8k?

I know one here but waiting is so long that i prefer to get it done elswhere if i can

Its a nzcklift with deep layers beinf modified, not only the platysma

btw its a full asension in motion

I need the fucking sharp angle of the neck

My projection is above average, i almost have perfect side profil just need the fuckinf necklift to ascend to chad level side

You need to asses the digastric muscl attached to the hyoid bone

Platysmaplasty will not modify hyoid bone position.

Deep muscle modification will , many stidies about it but most surgeon who do it arr in USA and are quiting fucking 30 to 50k

bro my side is like perfect (still swollen from bimax its not too long ago)

This is morph of my side with necklift , u can see i have perfect maxilla position, perfect mandibule, perfect chin position

Got botched Bimax once, got a second one

Got full revisiob that I PLANNED providing the surgeon the EXACT plan that will make me happy

He did it

Btw i looked dog shot for 1y because of botched jaw surgery. Looked like Alfaro monkey and got depressed

I fixed it (up photo of side with nexklift are recent ones from yesterday)

Bimax Genio. Even b4 bimax my side was okat but now it can be chad tier with necklift

it does. but if your hyoid is really low it will still hang down. just look at results. jut ur chin and u will also see how the skin stretches

But some people like me even with jutting b4 surgery it dodnt change anythinf

Even mewong dont work on me cuz the platysma is not tight to the hyoid in my case

I was not badlooking b4 surgery btw

Paid total 4k in those 3y

Btw first time i got bimax was because braces + mild sleep apnea.

The second Bimax is very stubble, i got full setback to be 2mm in front of where i was at start, + downgraft 3.5mm + genio 3mm

[My botched bimax was 6.5mm up and down, 6mm genio, CCW]
(i mean upper and down jaw like maxillz and mandibile npt up and down movemebt).

My nose still got slightly wider but its easy to fix with alarplasty
