1) Intro
This thread is going to be relatively short. I've seen many "neckmaxxing" guides and most of them are really vague or say too much and miss the fundamentals.
They will go over why the neck is important, or like what is the neck made of, WHO GIVES A FUCK ? Don't spread your science mf just link them and that's it. Go straight to the fucking point.
In this one-page-long thread you will know how to get a thicker and bigger neck in less than 2 months.
THIS is the best way to optimize neck gains because we will be using a harness instead of the classic towel + weight on your forehead like a retard.
2) Equipment
For the equipment we will be using a head harness. You will think that you look goofy in them but trust me nobody gives a shit.

It is robust and is still doing a great job.
if you're going to train at home. You will need weights of course. You can either get weight diskss (expensive)
but the genius that I am found that kettlebells could work too ! and they are very affordable compared to weight disks.

^ this one is cheap, only 10kg (it's okay if you start at 10 we all started somewhere, remember that progressive overload is key).
you can also look for lighter kettlebells it's honestly up to you.
3) Exercises
here's how to perform the neck curl with the harness. Don't do it standing I suggest you sit on a bench and do the movment.
JUST MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS:
> WARM UP: PLEASE WARM UP DO ALL SORTS OF DYNAMIC STRETCHES AND SHIT
> BRING YOUR CHIN TO YOUR CHEST ON THE ECCENTRIC PART OF THE MOVEMENT
>SLOWLY RAISE YOUR HEAD ON THE CONCENTRIC AS HIGH AS YOU CAN WITHOTU INJURING YOURSELF.
This exercise should be a high volume one, you can load if you want but do as many reps as you can within a 12+rep range. (did sets of 30kg - 2x15 at my peak)
4) Results
Here is my neckcel era, I was probably 16 or less, easily chokable. Now yeah I did have somewhat of a decent neck you might say but nah that's femboy typa neck.
And here is 4 years later AFTER ROUGHLY 1 AND A HALF MONTH OF TRAINING NECK TWICE A WEEK. I trained neck every monday and thursday during my chest/back day sitting on a bench with a bunch of normies admiring the sub5 gigachad training his neck like an ogre. I stopped because im wagemaxxing and aint got no time to train neck. but i will get back on it asap and necksend since it's fairly easy to grow neck.

5) In fine (conclusion)
Growing your neck is relatively ez just do high volume and progressive overload. The key is to tuck your chin in, stick it to your chest on the eccentric to avoid pain. The first neck aches should hurt bad ngl but you will get over it.
I'm still on my neckscend journey I will post results once I mog mike tyson.
