Tbh I'm South Indian so I just cut out most Indian food my parents ate respectfully you feel me.
But I eat oats and 2 eggs with black coffee for breakfast. And for lunch I usually make and eat a full plate of brown rice with beans,Avacado,spinach,broccoli,mashed potato, and carrots. For dinner or post workout I usually eat the same thing or I go with Chipotle high protein bowl If I have money to spend. Protein bars throughout the day and protein shakes post workout help too.
