Training your neck will masculinise your face and jaw area and will increase your overall aesthetics and misc. Some people might say it's cope because it is only a small factor but thickening neck greatly improves appeal and makes you appear more masculine.
How you can train neck:
Neck extensions- stand up and keep your head neutral, slowly tilt your head back creating tension and resistance then move your head back to its natural position, repeat this 3x till failure
Neck tilts- stand up again but this time instead of tilting your head back tilt your head toward your shoulder, make sure this movement is slow and controlled to ensure full tension and resistance, can also resist the movement with a band to create more tension. Do this on both sides 3x till failure per side.
Neck curls- lay down on a flat surface with your head in the air then curl your head toward your chest slowly repeat this movement 3x till failure.
You should train neck around 3-5 times a week, if you are struggling with neck pains or ache lower the amount of times you train it till you have built up strength.
Keep in mind neck training takes a while to show and could take up to a month to notice some growth so don't give up after not noticing anything after a week of training. Stay consistent and don't give up.
